Stone & Thistle Farm and Kortright Creek Creamery is a grass fed livestock farm and organic goat dairy located in Delaware County, in the Kortright Valley. The farm raises grass fed and organic lamb, goat, beef, pork and poultry (chickens, ducks and turkeys) and eggs. Kortright Creek Creamery produces grass fed and organic raw and pasteurized goat milk and goat milk yogurt. The farm's restaurant Fable, a farm to table dining experience, is open by reservation only for Saturday dining and Sunday brunch. Fable's Kitchen offers pork and rabbit rillettes, pates, terrines, sausages, cajeta, sauces and goat milk fudge for sale in the on-farm store and at farmers markets.
